Asset identification and implementing a reliable inventory control system are key for any educational establishment. At Asset Labels for schools we produce asset labels for over two thousand schools and Universities across the UK; including The University of Edinburgh, the University of Bath, the University of Exeter, the University of Leeds and many more. Implementing an asset identification system can protect and track valuable assets; such as tablets, computers, projectors, televisions, books, and musical equipment.

We have found that many schools, colleges and universities want a durable solution to tag and manage their expensive assets but require a durable asset labelling solution white can withstand the sometimes harsh educational environment, as well as deterring removal from their applied asset.

One of our most durable options is the Ultimate asset label, combining an industry-standard 3M adhesive, with a flexible Polyester base material and a scratch-proof Polycarbonate lamination. The tag is chemical, weather, UV, scratch and wash-proof, making it perfect for even the harshest of applications. With high quality digital, full-colour printing we can apply logo’s and colour to match brand guidelines.

Our tamper-proof Ultra-Destruct Vinyl Asset Label. This label uses the same high-quality digital printing and may be mildly less durable than the Ultimate stickers but the base material ensures the label cannot be removed in one attempt; the label will simply fragment under the user’s finger-nail if a pick is attempted. It is an excellent deterrent against theft and the relocation of assets. It also prevents the relocation of the label by children who wish to pick/peel once it has been applied.

At Asset Labels for Schools we pride ourselves on great service and low lead times – generally, we can turn most orders around in just three working days! To ensure quality, we only purchase the finest materials from established brands, such as 3M. To prove this, we even offer free next day customised samples for you to test before you buy!
